Vaultum Capital d.o.o. is a technical and business advisory firm based in Serbia, working across digital finance, asset tokenization, and securities structuring.
The firm

Vaultum Capital was established to sit in a gap that companies in this region encounter repeatedly: the distance between a financing idea and a structure a licensed counterparty is willing to execute.
The firm holds no financial licence and seeks none. It does not offer, distribute, or hold instruments or funds. Its work is confined to advising on how a structure should be built, which regime governs it, and which authorised parties must be involved.
That narrowness is intentional. It keeps the advice independent of any placement interest and keeps the regulatory position unambiguous.
Founder
Vuk Petkovic
Vuk Petkovic founded Vaultum Capital after almost two decades in institutional capital markets, with roles spanning the trading floor to the boardroom at international brokers and dealers, private banks, and family offices across Europe's financial centres and the United States. His experience covers years of fixed income trading, derivatives sales, and asset management, alongside the execution of IPOs, exchange listings, and capital markets transactions.
He has structured listings on the Frankfurt and Düsseldorf Stock Exchanges and holds Deutsche Börse certifications as a Fixed Income Expert, ETF Specialist, and Cash Markets Trader. He holds an M.Sc. in International Economics from the University of Tübingen.
