For Capital Partners

How our clients structure asset-backed and tokenized instruments.

This page is informational. It describes categories of instruments, in general terms, that companies advised by Vaultum may pursue with licensed counterparties. It is not a list of offerings.

Vaultum Capital provides advisory services only. We are not a licensed investment firm or securities intermediary, and nothing on this page is an offer or solicitation.

Important notice

Vaultum Capital does not offer, sell, or distribute securities or investment products, and does not provide investment advice. Any instrument referenced here is made available, if at all, exclusively through licensed issuers or platforms, subject to applicable law and investor eligibility requirements. Nothing on this page is an offer or solicitation.

Instrument categories

Described as categories, never as current offers.

No terms, sizes, yields, timelines, or performance expectations are stated anywhere on this site, because Vaultum is not the party that could state them.

Asset-backed digital instruments

Instruments whose economic terms are tied to identifiable assets held by an issuer, with the register or representation maintained using distributed-ledger technology where the applicable regime permits it.

Staged financing structures

Structures in which capital is committed and released against defined milestones or evidenced conditions rather than at a single closing.

Receivables-based structures

Structures organised around contracted receivables, with documentation standards defined at the structuring stage rather than negotiated later.

Conventional instruments with digital representation

Instruments that remain conventional in legal form while their register, transfer, or reporting layer is implemented technically.

Our role

Advisory to issuers. Nothing more than that.

Vaultum works for the company structuring an instrument. Our mandate covers instrument design, regulatory pathway mapping, documentation coherence, and technical implementation with vetted partners.

Vaultum is not a distributor, broker, placement agent, or point of sale to investors. We do not maintain a deal pipeline, do not circulate opportunity lists, and do not hold or have access to investor funds or assets.

Where a capital partner wishes to understand how these structures are built, we can share general, non-transactional information about our advisory practice. Anything beyond that is a matter for the licensed entity responsible for the instrument.
