For Companies

Financing structured around what your company actually has — not just a bank's credit box.

Alternative, staged, and asset-backed structures — including tokenized instruments — considered as a complement to traditional credit, not a replacement pitch.

The premise

Bank credit answers one question. Your balance sheet may answer several.

Traditional credit assessment is built around a narrow set of tests. Companies with real assets, contracted receivables, or predictable operating cash flows frequently fall outside those tests for reasons that have little to do with their underlying capacity.

Alternative financing structures — staged facilities, asset-backed instruments, and, where the regime permits, tokenized representations of them — can be designed around what the company holds and what it can evidence. That is a structuring exercise before it is a fundraising exercise.

Vaultum's work begins and ends with the structure: whether it is coherent, whether it is documentable, and whether a licensed counterparty can execute it in the relevant jurisdiction.

Who this is for

Described by situation, not by sector.

  • 01

  • 02

Companies exploring tokenized instruments as a complementary alternative-financing channel.

  • 03

Companies that need a technically credible structuring partner before approaching licensed issuers, platforms, or banks.
